Blue Dream Smoothie

A healthy breakfast to start your day.

This smoothie by The Terpene Connoisseur makes for a healthy breakfast loaded with cannabinoids, terpenes, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, calcium and protein. You can use your favorite cannabis tincture, or you can DIY it using this recipe.

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Milk
  • .5 cup Coconut Water
  • 3 oz Frozen Acai Puree
  • 1 tbsp Flax Meal
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 10 mg THC Cannabis Tincture
  • 2 drops Blue Dream Terpenes
  1. Combine all ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend on medium high for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until everything is well mixed and smooth.
