A healthy breakfast to start your day.
This smoothie by The Terpene Connoisseur makes for a healthy breakfast loaded with cannabinoids, terpenes, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, calcium and protein. You can use your favorite cannabis tincture, or you can DIY it using this recipe.
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Milk
- .5 cup Coconut Water
- 3 oz Frozen Acai Puree
- 1 tbsp Flax Meal
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 10 mg THC Cannabis Tincture
- 2 drops Blue Dream Terpenes
- Combine all ingredients into the blender.
- Blend on medium high for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until everything is well mixed and smooth.
